When you register, your credit card and photo ID information is secure with our trusted membership software.  We will collect first and last month’s fees, any unused treatments or services cannot be carried over and hold no cash value for credit if agreement is terminated, and you will be billed automatically each month. You can pause your membership for up to two months if you are within the first 12 months (offer does not apply to a 6-month requirement) of your membership by the amount of time that you have paused it with a written 30-day notice. Memberships will be cancelled past 30 days unless past due is collected first for reinstatement. During this time your credit card on file will not be charged.
